A whole new floor?

Most of our loft conversions amount to something very close to adding a whole new floor to your home and make very little impact on your existing arrangements.

There is seldom any problem with providing mains services such as plumbing, electricity - even gas - and it is usually possible to connect a couple of extra radiators to your existing heating system. Indeed, with the extra insulation at the top, some people say that the whole building seems warmer.

Most of our projects include a bathroom or shower room, and modern plumbing techniques enable you to install a WC almost anywhere too - so you can have what amounts to a self-contained room
