I am writing to let you know that my wife and I are really pleased with the work that South London Lofts have done to add a new room to our loft. Having someone in your home when you are at work is always difficult and all of the guys have made every effort to make this painless and chaos-free. They were really friendly and polite when on the job.
They would always sweep up and pack away their tools each night to reduce the mess in our home. They even washed their cups after having a cup of tea.
In particular, I wanted to mention the efforts of Saulius who was our lead carpenter and managed the first fix. Saulius and and his team worked efficiently and made excellent progress. At one point a problem arose with our bathroom and he made a considerable effort to listen to what we wanted and then used his knowledge to achieve this. He was always patient and calm with us and very willing to do extra work to be sure we were getting what we wanted. He made a real difference to the end result.

The people who came to do the works were always on time, they worked sometimes till late night to finish the jobs and most important the took great care of the flat covering everything and cleaning when they finished.
Mangis has been really a great person who has solved everything all the time and the quality of the job is excellent.
They work very hard and they are very nice people.
The plumber has done a great job coming to me even at late night to replace a pump which I bought and was faulty.

Yes it's all finished, Paul Ramos and all the guys were great.The loft was done well and pretty speedily.
We are pleased with the job. It ran to the timetable you outlined. I certainly formed the impression that Darius ran a tight ship and he quick to respond to any queries we raised
The guys also seemed to take advantage of daylight hours and worked some pretty long shifts. This was fine for us as we’re at work all day.
Speed was good, quality excellent, Sylvester was very helpful.
All in all though I would recommend your company and it is certainly the best building experience I have had to date!
