Drawings and Design
At the start of the process once you’ve decided to work with us, the first things we do is arrange for you to meet our architect design team, who will discuss with you your project and carry out a survey of your property, then produce a set of drawings for you to check and approve, once they drawings are completed, we’ll then get to work with our structural engineer, who’ll produce structural calculations for the project ready to submit to building control ahead of getting started with the project

Planning
If you have a flat or a property in a conservation area planning permission will be required so the architect team will submit the project to the local council for approval, this normally takes around eight weeks to go through

Whats happens if you already have drawings?
Of course we are very happy to work with your own architect if you have one, but we have a team of architects and designers we would be pleased to introduce to you.
