Once you have decided to move forward with us, the first step is to arrange a meeting with our architect design team. They will discuss your project in detail, carry out a full survey of your property, and create a set of drawings for you to review and approve.
Once the drawings are finalised, our structural engineer will get to work producing the necessary structural calculations. These will then be submitted to Building Control, ensuring everything is in place before we begin the project.
If your property is a flat or located in a conservation area, planning permission will be required. In this case, our architect team will handle the submission to your local council for approval. The planning process typically takes around eight weeks to complete.
Whats happens if you already have drawings?
Of course we are very happy to work with your own architect if you have one, but we have a team of architects and designers we would be pleased to introduce to you.
