L-Shape Rear dormer Conversion
This is an L-shape rear dormer conversion project with two bedrooms and a shower room, a commonly built conversion for this typical Victorian type mid terrace period house
Leading up to the loft space is a very light and spacious new hallway and staircase with a large skylight above in the extension roof.
As you go up further, you come to the half landing and here you have the first bedroom in the rear addition dormer extension with rear views, going round and further up in to the main loft space there is a the 2nd new bedroom, with plenty of light from large front roof velux roof windows and also the beautifully finished shower room suite
We had our loft done in Q1 2016. It’s a dormer – two large double rooms and a bathroom. The loft took about 6 weeks, with only a small hitch relating to a section of banister delaying completion.
We very happy with it. I was amazed to find that SLL did everything they said they would, on time. Still can’t quite believe it.
