This customer had plenty of space already, but wanted to maximise what he could do with the loft conversion.
We suggested a rear mansard conversion adding one new bedroom and a shower room, plus the option to add a rear roof terrace which was a possibility in this Borough Wandsworth, via a planning application

This is the end result, the project does look stunning, particularly the rear roof terrace at 4th floor level with a combination of obscure and clear glass balustrade, The project has plenty of colour light, this loft was truly transformed into a beautiful space
