L shape dormer with two bedroom & shower room, plus small ready kitchen extension
The loft head low headroom s we had to work hard to make it work as we couldn’t lower ceilings, or raise the ridge height, the end result looks great.
The extension isn’t a side return but a smaller rear extension which is what the customer required with their budget and this is a great success
