Dormer - left hand

There are a few options, but the main two options are one bedroom with shower room and also the two bedrooms option with shower room. French doors with Juliette balcony are a great additional option Also the roof skylight above the new stairwell for natural light in the area.

The rear roof is removed to form a full width dormer extension, providing the space you need & great views.
