Celebrating 25 years of loft conversions & extensions in South London
This a large double Hip to gable conversion with 2 bedrooms & shower room. The project went in for planning at the local council and was approved with this major alteration to the roof shape, with both hip ends being raised to gables each side of the property, with rear dormer extension, so the design really gave the space the customer what they were looking for.

We were impressed with the way our project manager, Darius, controlled the work. He was always available by mobile phone or text message (even when on holiday), and the arrangements he made all happened as planned.
We were also impressed with the energy and application of the tradesmen who did the work. The builders in particular were regularly on site at 8 am and worked a full day before closing up the temporary roofing for the night. All involved cleaned up after themselves, and the builders formed the hole in the existing ceiling to accommodate the new staircase without dropping any mess onto the old staircase at all.
The result is that the wasted space occupied by the old loft has been converted into a couple of smart bedrooms and a neat shower room.
