Hip to gable Rear Dormer Conversion

This is a Hip to Gable conversion with rear dormer one bedroom and a shower room, to this large end of terrace Victorian property, there wasn’t enough permitted development to get the full width dormer, so we had to take on Lambeth council to try and get the extra space via a planning application, which ended up being a great success.
