You will probably have a start date in mind for you conversion, let us know and we will work towards this date. With most people it’s normally as soon as possible, this won’t be a problem as we don’t normally have a waiting list.
Drawings
If you are keen to get moving with the project, the first thing we do is get our architect/design team to contact you to arrange a visit to meet you and survey your property in preparation of creating your new drawings. These will sent to you to check and approve.
Deposit
All that is required for this process at this stage is a £1,500 part payment deposit.
This is all you will pay until we’re ready to start the work.
Contract
Prior to starting the work we’ll get a stage payment contract completed with you, then we’ll get started with the conversion.
